Analytical Intelligence is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant who will drive the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales and Sales Accelerator for our clients. You’ll bring a strong blend of technical configuration skills, Power Platform expertise, and Copilot / AI-augmented sales process experience. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, data / AI teams to build a scalable, high-performing CRM environment that significantly improves sales productivity and pipeline quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Sales core modules : Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, custom entities, business process flows, forms, views, dashboards.
Implement and optimize Sales Accelerator : intelligent work lists, sequences, Up Next widgets, predictive lead / opportunity scoring.
Configure Power Platform components : Power Apps / Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse data model, security roles / teams, custom connectors as needed.
Integrate and configure Copilot features (for example, Copilot in Dynamics, embedded AI / ML insights, automation of conversational or context-driven tasks).
Collaborate with data / integration teams to define and implement data migration strategies, system integrations (ERP, Excel), data cleansing, and enrichment.
Lead UAT planning and execution : develop test scripts, facilitate user acceptance testing sessions, capture feedback and coordinate issue resolution.
Dashboard and report creation with Power BI
Provide role-based training and hand-off documentation : sales reps, managers, admins.
Ensure post-go-live hyper-care support and continuous optimization of the CRM environment.
Monitor usage, adoption and performance of Sales Accelerator and Power Platform artefacts, and propose improvements to increase ROI.
System administration of platform, including backups, testing recovery, performance management.
Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on implementation and customization experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
Proven experience configuring Sales Accelerator : building sequences, work lists, predictive scoring, sales process automation.
Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI), including building flows, apps, and integrations.
Experience configuring or deploying Copilot or AI-augmented features within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Strong understanding of sales processes : lead management, opportunity management, pipeline forecasting, and sales-force automation.
Experience with data migration, system integration, and managing dependencies across business systems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations / designs.
Ability to work cross-functionally in agile or hybrid project environments.
Microsoft certifications such as :
Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Functional Consultant or equivalent
Experience with Copilot Studio, AI agents, or conversational AI within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Familiarity with Agile / Sure Step project methodology.
Experience working with large enterprise sales teams or global rollouts.
