About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer in Testing who loves code as much as catching what breaks it. You’ll work closely with our AI engineering team to build, automate, and break systems intelligently — using prompts, scripts, and strong computer-science fundamentals.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and build automated testing frameworks (API, UI, and integration).
  • Write clean, readable white-box test code to validate core system logic.
  • Use AI-driven tools and custom prompts to generate, simulate, and validate test data.
  • Collaborate with developers to debug, diagnose, and fix issues at the root.
  • Create high-coverage regression suites that run fast and fail loud.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security testing are part of every release.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, PyTest, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or Node.js preferred).
  • Comfort with white-box testing and source-level debugging.
  • Experience or interest in AI prompting for automation and validation.
  • Analytical mindset with high curiosity about how systems fail.
  • 1–3 years of experience in testing or software engineering (exceptional freshers welcome).
