Role Overview

As an SAP IBP Demand Planning Consultant , you will play a key role in the end-to-end implementation and rollout of SAP IBP Demand Planning solutions across new geographies. This is a hands-on consulting role ideal for professionals looking to deepen their practical experience in a hybrid international environment .

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and rollout of SAP IBP Demand Planning in new global markets.

Configure and support IBP Demand Planning modules to meet evolving business needs.

Collaborate with global demand planners , business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions.

Support all phases of the project lifecycle : scoping, blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live , and hypercare .

Conduct training sessions and workshops to support user adoption and change management.

Ensure alignment with global business processes and drive consistency across implementations.

Work cross-functionally with global IT and business teams.

Requirements

4–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP Demand Planning (configuration + implementation).

Proven track record in end-to-end IBP implementation or rollout projects .

Solid understanding of demand planning processes , statistical forecasting , and SAP IBP functionalities.

Experience in multinational or cross-geography projects is preferred.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement , and problem-solving skills .

Comfortable working in a hybrid model with collaboration across time zones.

Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
