Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events & Client Services Manager to lead event planning and manage key client relationships. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of events, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting brand campaigns in the alco-bev space.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and execute branded events and experiences
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and satisfaction
• Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution
• Prepare post-event reports and feedback analysis
• Support the sales and marketing team in ideation and proposal development
• Maintain relationships with key clients and contribute to business growth
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of brand activations and events — from conceptualization, budgeting, venue coordination, staffing, logistics, to on-ground delivery.
