Job description

Roles & set & refine strategic agenda for the BU

Translate Chairman’s Vision and strategic agenda into an aligned action plan by working with senior BU stakeholders
Ensure rigorous governance – regular review cadence, detailed insights
Identify and implement transformative initiatives in the BU
Help control capital allocations : Review proposed spend elements and ensure adequate evaluation and rigor
Team building activities within Chairman’s office and strengthening systems, processes & collaboration

Skill Set Acumen with strong detail orientation

Financial acumen - Understanding of financial statements, financial metrics and their application in business contexts

Digital-first mindset

High comfort with large data sets & ability to synthesize

Strong presentation and communication skills

Strong relationship building skills
