Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and govern Datacenter operations aligned with ITIL V4 and Industry delivery standards.
- Ensure seamless delivery of operational services in line with SLAs and contractual obligations.
- Monitor infrastructure health, performance KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Manage crisis situations and client escalations with front-end leadership and resolution planning.
- Drive risk identification and mitigation strategies across Datacenter environments.
- Oversee run projects and ensure smooth integration into operations within timelines and budgets.
- Drive transformation and automation initiatives to improve service delivery and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-impact outcomes.
- Grow your expertise in infrastructure, cloud, and service management.
