Role : Sr. DevOps Engineer – Mobile Device Management (airwatch, openshift, Mobile device management)

Must-Haves

5+ years of experience in DevOps roles with enterprise-scale systems.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Azure DevOps).

Proficiency in both AirWatch and OpenShift (50 / 50 split expected).

Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Intune, AirWatch, or similar.

Solid scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Understanding of security and compliance standards for mobile and cloud environments.

Plusses

Prior experience supporting mobile infrastructure in the travel or hospitality sector (e.g., cruise lines, airlines, resorts).

Familiarity with hybrid or multi-cloud environments.

Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Knowledge of zero-trust architecture and mobile security frameworks.

Relevant certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-400, Red Hat OpenShift).

Day-to-Day

Manage and optimize CI / CD pipelines for mobile device deployments and updates.

Maintain and scale OpenShift clusters and Air Watch configurations.

Deploy and monitor infrastructure in Azure, ensuring performance and availability.

Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce MDM policies across devices.

Troubleshoot issues related to mobile connectivity, app deployment, and device compliance.

Automate provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates.

Support guest-facing mobile solutions such as mobile check-in, digital keys, and onboard applications.

Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for mobile infrastructure.
