Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance across multiple resort projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of Project Leaders / Managers.
• Drive value engineering and ensure timely execution through micro-level monitoring.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and corporate teams.
• Resolve site-level challenges and ensure smooth operations.
