Role :  AI Solutions Architect

Location :  Onsite – Mumbai, India

AI Solution Architect

Functional Expertise :

  • Design end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise customers
  • Create reference architectures for common use cases : NSOffice.ai (AI agents, RAG systems, fine-tuning pipelines, multi-modal applications)
  • Define integration patterns between our AI Gateway and customer systems (CRM, ERP, data warehouses, internal APIs)
  • Architect multi-model orchestration strategies that optimize for cost, performance, accuracy, and compliance
  • Design data pipelines between AI gateway and Enterprise customers

Technical Expertise :

  • Experience building AI agents, multi-agent systems, and agentic workflows
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, and RAG
  • Deep understanding of LLMs - architecture, capabilities, limitations, and best practices
  • Knowledge of AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible AI principles
  • Hands-on experience with major AI providers : OpenAI (GPT-4+), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), AWS Bedrock
  • Understanding of model evaluation metrics and performance optimization

    • Other Requirements :

  • 4+ years in solution architecture
  • 2+ years specifically in AI / ML solutions and implementations
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects
  • Education : CS (BE / BTech / MS) with Data & AI specialisation
