Job descriptionStrong understanding of power electronics components such as IGBTs, MOSFETs, rectifiers, and inverters. Hands-on experience with testing methodologies for electrical / electronic products. Ability to interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation. Familiarity with quality assurance processes and product validation techniques. Practical knowledge or hands-on experience with testing and measurement instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, etc.). Exposure to industrial standards and certifications related to electrical / electronic equipment. Experience in failure analysis and reliability testing. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (or equivalent). 3–5 years of relevant experience in QA / testing of power conditioning or power electronics equipment.
Job Title : Testing Validation / QA Engineer
Location : Sanand, Gujarat
Experience : 3 – 5 Years
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct testing and product validation of power conditioning equipment such as UPS systems, VFDs, battery chargers, and related products.
- Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Develop and execute test plans, validation protocols, and documentation for new and existing products.
- Analyze failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions in collaboration with design and service teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical feedback to R&D and production teams to drive continuous improvement.
