Key Responsibilities :

Conduct regular

quality checks

on construction materials, workmanship, and site processes.

Implement and monitor

quality control procedures

as per project specifications, IS codes, and company standards.

Inspect

RCC work, block work, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, electrical & plumbing

installations.

Track

non-conformities

and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

Coordinate with the site engineering team, contractors, and vendors for quality compliance.

Maintain

quality documentation , test reports, checklists, and audit records.

Verify and approve

material test certificates , cube test reports, and third-party lab test results.

Conduct

site audits

and prepare QC inspection reports.

Monitor workmanship to ensure timely completion with zero rework.

Assist in maintaining safety and quality standards across all project sites.
