Salary Range : ₹30,000 – ₹90,000 per month (based on experience)

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop Western wear collections including dresses, co-ords, jumpsuits, tops, and gowns.
• Research global and Indian fashion trends and adapt them into brand-specific designs.
• Oversee sampling, fittings, and creative garment development (not production supervision).
• Create sketches, mood boards, and CAD designs .
• Select fabrics, trims, and accessories suitable for Western silhouettes.
• Work with sampling, pattern-making, and production teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Ensure proper fitting, finishing, and quality standards in garments.
• Contribute to seasonal range planning and collection launches.
