Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for cluster-level Z Hotels properties in Bangalore.
This role comes with direct P&L impact, high visibility with leadership, and the opportunity to own and expand corporate accounts for flagship hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of corporate revenue for assigned Z Hotels properties (13 hotels in a cluster).
- Identify, pitch, and close corporate accounts for daily, monthly, and long-stay bookings.
- Conduct 45 client meetings per day including field visits, tele-calls, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong sales funnel for weekday & long-stay corporate demand.
- Target high-potential companies within 57 km radius of each property (tech parks, pharma hubs, corporate clusters).
- Collaborate with Revenue & Operations teams to ensure client retention and effective pricing strategy.
- Share weekly revenue updates and forecasts with cluster heads.
- Negotiate with local corporate accounts and handle invoicing coordination.
- Support city / region-wide sales initiatives during high-demand cycles (Q3Q4).
Candidate Profile What Were Looking 6-9 years in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality / hotels.
Strong network with HR / Admin / Travel Heads across Bangalore corporates.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets at property / cluster level.Hands-on experience as an individual contributor with strong ownership BBA / BCom / Hotel Management / MBA.Skills & Competencies :
Strong B2B pitching and conversion ability.Knowledge of corporate contracting & RFP cycles.CRM hygiene and lead funnel management.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Negotiation and deal-closing expertise.Persona Traits :
