We’re Hiring – Sales Manager (Electronic Components Division)

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience : 3–5 Years | Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics

Industry : Electronics / Semiconductor Distribution / Component Sales

Job Type : Full-Time

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Electronic Components Division , focusing on Microcontrollers, Power Semiconductors, Passive Components, Connectors, and more.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive B2B sales strategies for microcontrollers & related components

Identify & onboard OEMs, EMS companies, R&D labs, and distribution partners

Manage existing accounts & develop new business opportunities

Collaborate with application engineers & product teams to deliver value-added solutions

Achieve sales targets & expand market presence nationwide

Liaise with international component manufacturers & distributors

Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and customer documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications :

B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics (mandatory)

Proven experience in sales within the electronic components industry

Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strategic thinking and ability to drive sales initiatives independently

Strong knowledge of microcontroller families (STM32, PIC, Renesas, NXP, etc.)

Technical expertise in semiconductors, passives, connectors, sensors

Experience in international sales or working with global teams is a plus

Preferred Experience :

Exposure to Automotive, Industrial Automation, Consumer Electronics, Solar / Green Energy, EV, or IoT sectors
