Hushstays.com is a curated collection of extraordinary stays in magical locations across India. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Relations Specialist to join our team. If you love travel, enjoy meaningful conversations, and have a knack for creating seamless guest experiences, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them via phone, email, and chat to find and book the perfect getaway.
  • Understand guest preferences and guide them through our unique collection of vacation homes.
  • Manage reservations, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently while ensuring a smooth booking process.
  • Coordinate with property owners to accommodate guest requests and special requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date property details, availability, and rates in our reservation system.
  • Follow up with guests post-stay to gather feedback and enhance their future experiences.
  • Monitor booking trends and contribute ideas to improve guest satisfaction and occupancy rates.

What We’re Looking For

  • A passionate learner with 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills —you should love engaging with people.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques .

    • Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory, But a Plus!)

  • Prior experience in reservations, hospitality, or the travel industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and reservation platforms.
  • Knowledge of India’s travel landscape and vacation rental market.
