- Product Demonstrations : Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations, highlighting the features, benefits, and advantages of our home automation solutions.
- Lead Conversion : Actively work towards converting visitors into potential leads and eventually into customers through effective communication and relationship- building skills.
- Customized Solutions : Provide personalized recommendations and solutions based on the customer's lifestyle, preferences, and home requirements.
- Technical Assistance : Offer technical assistance and support to customers during their visit, ensuring they have a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Follow-up : Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up with potential leads to nurture them through the sales process.
- Stay Informed : Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in home automation technology and industry trends to enhance your product knowledge.
