Could you be the full-time EPU Manager - Fitting (Elementary Production Unit) in Sricity, Tada, AP we’re looking for?

• Education : Degree in Engineering
• Experience : Minimum 6+ years of experience in assembly industries such as automotive, railways, or commercial vehicle manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production systems (, lean manufacturing) and basics in supply chain
• Strong leadership, autonomy, and proactive mindset
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and management skills
• Ability to handle stress and drive results in a dynamic environment
• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (, PDCA, SWIP)
• Flexible to work in shift pattern and 6 days a week.
