We’re Hiring : Power BI Lead – Managed Services

Work from home : Yes (May require travel out of India to client place based on project requirements)

At Namasys Analytics , we are looking for a technically strong Power BI Lead to manage our Managed Services engagement in enterprise reporting and analytics. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with program management responsibilities , ensuring delivery excellence and continuous improvement across BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of BI programs, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards

Manage governance for reporting, data security, and compliance

Collaborate with CXOs, business leaders, and IT stakeholders for solution alignment

Oversee Power BI architecture , SAP HANA , and related BI systems (BW / 4 HANA knowledge is a plus)

Mentor BI developers, data engineers, and analysts on best practices and technical excellence

Implement automation, monitoring, and explore ML / AI integration for reporting improvements

Required Skills & Experience 9+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Program / Project Management

Hands-on experience with Power BI Report Server , Power BI Service , and SAP HANA

Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, BI solution architecture , and Row-Level Security (RLS)

Experience with DevOps, CI / CD, automation, and data governance

Prior experience managing global, multi-stakeholder BI programs

Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or equivalent

Having knowledge of SAP BW / 4 HANA.

Exposure to Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric
