School Admission Counselor

Under the new management, we are pleased to run two extremely successful schools Viman Nagar and Salunkhe Vihar.We are looking to hire an experienced Admissions Counselor / Coordinator to help us grow. Don't hesitate to apply.Responsibilities : - Handle admission enquiries.- Review prospective applications for school admission- Research and verify the accuracy of application information- Follow-up with parents to verify any application issues, including discrepancies or missing information- Contact applicant references, if required to verify information included on pre-requisites and forms.- Create profiles for each applicant student and present the required data to the principal and management for final approvals.- Coordinate admission approval process with various departments as needed- Strategize and ideate to improve the admission process wherever possible- Maintain all admission related data- Straterize and ideate marketing strategies that the school can implement that aligns with the management’s vision for growth.- Be able to work with the media team on any events / processes that are directly or indirectly related to admissions.Qualifications : -A Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred-2 years of experience-Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint-Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral-Willingness to adapt to efficiently adhere to the processes in place-Ability to work extended hours during critical admissions seasons-Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information effectively and persuasively-Highly organized with a distinct propensity for timeliness and professionalismIf you feel you are a perfect fit for the profile, we would love to meet with you.Location , Salunkhe Vihar & Viman Nagar , PuneJob Type : Full-timePay : ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
