About the Role :
As a Specialist in Process R&D, you will directly contribute to designing synthetic routes, optimizing processes, and shaping NCE development pathways. From the lab bench to project documentation, your expertise will ensure our operations meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact on innovative discovery programs and collaborate with world-class partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Route Design & Scouting – Conduct in-depth literature reviews, propose retrosynthetic pathways, and identify innovative synthetic routes.
- Process Feasibility – Execute laboratory experiments with strong focus on safety, compliance, and scalability.
- Optimization & Troubleshooting – Investigate impurities, troubleshoot experimental challenges, and refine processes for efficiency.
- Analytical Expertise – Interpret complex data from NMR, LC–MS, HPLC, and thermal analysis to support decision-making.
- Documentation Excellence – Maintain detailed ELN / Lab records, generate clear technical reports, and contribute to regulatory documentation.
- Collaboration & Customer Interface – Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and external collaborators.
