Role Overview
We are seeking a distinguished recruitment leader to anchor our Talent Acquisition charter. This role combines strategic oversight with active, high-impact hiring, and is critical to shaping the organisation’s leadership pipeline. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of the financial services landscape and the gravitas to advise senior stakeholders across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and elevate the Talent Acquisition function, overseeing a small, agile team while personally driving marquee hiring mandates.
- Steer leadership and senior-level hiring across India, Singapore, and the Middle East, ensuring alignment with global business priorities.
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience and strengthen Lighthouse Canton’s employer brand across financial services talent pools.
- Govern recruitment operations, including analytics, market intelligence, vendor strategy, and process excellence.
- Drive targeted initiatives such as succession pipelines, diversity hiring, and campus engagement.
- Ensure seamless compliance with global HR governance, compensation frameworks, and regulatory nuances.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to leadership hiring.Mandatory financial services experience, preferably in asset management, wealth management, investment banking, or allied domains.Proven ability to operate in a hands-on leadership role, balancing strategic oversight with direct ownership of key mandates.Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior decision-makers.Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and an ability to navigate complexity in a multi-country environment.Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate at short notice.
