Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Geneva Developer with hands-on experience in RSL, Geneva Accelerators, and Power BI . The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Geneva-based financial systems, while optimizing workflows and delivering insightful business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Geneva accounting and portfolio management systems .
Develop and customize RSL (Report Script Language) reports and Geneva Accelerators for data extraction, transformation, and presentation.
Integrate Geneva data with Power BI to create dynamic dashboards and analytical reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Geneva configurations, reports, and integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts, operations, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable Geneva solutions.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment processes.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization across all Geneva processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with Geneva (Advent Geneva) system.

Strong expertise in RSL (Report Script Language) development and Geneva Accelerators .

Proficiency in Power BI for report creation, data visualization, and analytics.

Solid understanding of financial instruments, accounting principles, and portfolio management workflows .

Experience with SQL and data integration techniques.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Experience with Geneva API , GL accounting , or data warehouse integration .

Exposure to cloud-based deployment and automation tools .

Prior experience in hedge fund , asset management , or financial services domain.
