Job description

We are looking for a talented UI / UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences across a variety of products and solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into elegant design solutions. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Work for a variety of client projects, from research and ideation to high-fidelity design and

prototyping.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints,

ensuring user-centric solutions.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to clearly communicate design concepts.

Create and maintain design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency across

projects.

Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering insights to refine and improve designs.

Ensure all designs are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with client branding and

requirements.

Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate implementation of designs.

Desired Skills :

4 to 5 years of experience in UI / UX or product design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.

Experience in building and maintaining design systems.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Power Platform is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and clients.

A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and impact on real-world projects.

Preferred Skills :

Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles.

Experience designing dashboards, data visualizations, or enterprise applications.

Familiarity with the unique design considerations and constraints of Microsoft Power Platform

(Power Apps, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.

Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a bonus.
