Own and optimize Microsoft partner programs, funding, incentives, and co-sell motions to drive incremental revenue, cost savings, and pipeline acceleration.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Partner Portal & Compliance
- Own Microsoft Partner Center end-to-end
- Maintain :
- Solutions Partner designations
- Incentive eligibility
- Compliance documentation
- Track benefits usage vs expiry
🔹 Funding & Incentives
Identify and apply for :Azure CreditsAMMP / ISV Success fundingCo-Sell incentivesMarketplace rewardsTrack claims, approvals, reimbursementsEnsure no lapses or clawbacks🔹 Co-Sell & GTM Execution
Manage Microsoft Co-Sell Ready processWork with Sales & Presales to :Register opportunitiesMap MS field sellersEnable joint account planningDrive quarterly pipeline reviews with Microsoft PDMs🔹 Internal Enablement
Educate sales, marketing, and leadership on :Available MS fundingProgram timelinesDeal qualification criteriaAct as single point of contact for Microsoft alliance mattersRequired Experience
5–10 years working with Microsoft Partner EcosystemHands-on with :Microsoft Partner CenterIncentives & benefits managementCo-Sell motionsExperience in ISV or Services Partner setup (not pure reseller)Strong stakeholder management with MS PDMsGood-to-Have (Strong Advantage)
Azure / Dynamics / M365 GTM experienceMarketplace listing & transacting knowledgeExperience in SaaS or vertical solutions (Healthcare = big plus for you)
