1️⃣ Dispatch Supervisor

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring smooth freight movement.
• Lead and mentor a team of dispatchers & coordinators.
• Resolve operational issues and optimize route planning.
• Maintain strong relationships with drivers, clients and carriers.

Requirements :

✅ 3+ years in Canadian / US trucking dispatch / logistics (supervisory experience preferred).

✅ Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

✅ Excellent communication (verbal & written).

2️⃣ Dispatch Coordinator

What You’ll Do :

Requirements :

✅ 1+ year in Canadian / US dispatch.

✅ Proactive, detail-oriented and great under pressure.

✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
