Role Description :
To provide strategic leadership and direction to the Security and Front of House services team, ensuring professional, integrated service delivery aligned with Sodexo’s brand, financial goals, and client expectations.
Key Result Areas & Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Lead the development and execution of integrated security and FoH solutions.
- Build internal relationships to generate demand and fulfill client requirements.
- Drive revenue and margin growth through strategic guidance.
- Participate in the Global Security Expert Network (GSEN) to share best practices.
Operational Excellence
Support regional service operations in deploying security and FoH services aligned with segment strategy.Ensure compliance with security licensing across all operating states.Promote a zero-accident mindset and safe working practices.Maintain brand consistency across all service touchpoints.Stakeholder Engagement
Influence key stakeholders to invest in security and FoH services.Promote Sodexo’s Quality of Life ethos in all engagements.Represent Sodexo at national events and maintain industry relationships.Training & Development
Manage training and development plans for security and FoH teams.Grow and mentor the team to become high performers.Innovation & Technology
Promote electronic security solutions to enhance client satisfaction and margins.Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize third-party security partnerships.Performance Metrics
Achieve service operations margin target of 800bps.Increase security-related revenue by 15% year-on-year.Reduce overhead spend through efficient team and process management.Report monthly KPIs and year-end performance data.Key Skills & Experience Required :
