Job descriptionPPO opportunity for top performers Build and ship backend APIs with FastAPI and MongoDB (CRUD, auth, rate-limits, webhooks). Develop responsive frontends with React / Next.Js (or similar), integrating REST / GraphQL APIs. Integrate LLMs and AI services (prompting, RAG, evals, basic observability). Write clean, tested code (unit / integration), open PRs, and respond to reviews. Deploy to cloud (basic CI / CD, Docker) and monitor performance / uptime. Document features and collaborate with design, product, and founders in weekly sprints. Current students or recent graduates (0–1 year experience). Available full-time for 12 weeks. Portfolio / GitHub with at least 1–2 shipped projects. Paid internship with real product impact. PPO pathway for high performers. Mentorship from founders and senior engineers. Flexible remote / hybrid setup and fast feedback cycles. 2–3 meaningful features shipped to production. Clean, test-covered code and clear documentation. Positive code-review signal and team collaboration. Demonstrated ownership → PPO recommendation. Application form (resume + GitHub / portfolio). Short take-home or live task (2–4 hours).
