Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Work directly with business users to understand the problem or opportunity

2 Plan and manage roll out of new functionality to production environment

develops necessary product modifications identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions to satisfy business needs.

4 Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee central module

may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.

6 Document functional designs, test cases and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and / or system enhancements.

7 Solution design in accordance with configuration workbook / Business Blueprint. Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirement and standard SuccessFactors solution.

8 Should have experience in integrating SAP Recruiting Management with and other modules
