Job description710 years of experience in retail sales & store management. Prior experience in premium brand / upmarket retail segment preferred. Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills. Excellent communication and customer handling abilities. Experience in handling 10+ team members for at least 23 years. Computer savvy with expertise in Excel for reporting & analysis. Analytical mindset, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to multitask, think strategically, and deliver results. Flexible and adaptable to retail working hours.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10+ members to achieve business targets.
- Monitor store performance through accurate reporting and performance management.
- Ensure stock planning, product availability, and effective visual merchandising.
- Handle escalations with priority and ensure smooth customer service.
- Conduct team briefings, reviews, and ensure adherence to store audits.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence to enhance business strategies.
- Maintain a customer-first environment and lead by example.
- Drive sales growth by delivering the right product-service mix.
