Below are the roles and responsibilities for your reference -

• Proficiency in configuring and managing GoAnywhere MFT software.
• Strong knowledge of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, etc.).
• Experience with automation and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Familiarity with encryption standards and practices.
• Understanding of network and security principles.
• Design and Implement MFT Solutions : Develop, configure, and maintain managed file transfer solutions using GoAnywhere to ensure secure and reliable data exchanges.
• Automation and Scripting : Create and manage automated file transfer workflows, including scheduling, scripting, and monitoring processes.
• Security Management : Ensure compliance with security policies and protocols, implementing encryption and secure file transfer methods.
• Troubleshooting and Support : Provide technical support for GoAnywhere MFT issues, troubleshooting problems and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams and external partners to understand their file transfer requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of all MFT processes, configurations, and protocols.
• Training : Provide training and guidance to team members on the use of GoAnywhere tools and best practices for secure file transfers
• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
• Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
• Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Two or three industry domain knowledge
• Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
• Client Interfacing skills
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
• Project and Team management
