Job Description : Team Lead Data Engineer (6-10 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Should be able to lead the team, work around escalations
• Assign and manage the workloads / backlogs
• Mentor and guide the team
• Technically assist the team, to identify and fix the issues
• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex MS SQL Server / PostgreSQL / Snowflake queries, including nested and correlated queries.
• Create and manage stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views to support business applications.
• Design and maintain database schemas, ensuring adherence to normalization and E-R flow principles.
• Apply strong DDL and DML concepts to build efficient, scalable, and secure database structures.
• Collaborate with application development teams to integrate database logic and optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot database issues, tune queries, and ensure high data accuracy and consistency.
