We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead to drive and enhance our software testing automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation frameworks, hands-on expertise in Selenium , and proven experience leading end-to-end automation strategy and execution. This role requires both technical depth and the ability to guide and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable automation solutions across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Automation Strategy & Framework Development

Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks aligned with project and organizational goals. Ensure frameworks support maintainability, scalability, and reusability.

Own the complete automation lifecycle : requirement analysis, test scenario design, script development, execution, result analysis, and reporting.

Develop, enhance, and debug automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and related tools. Ensure automation coverage across functional, regression, and UI test suites.

Work closely with product managers, QA teams, developers, and DevOps engineers to define automation priorities and integrate automation into CI / CD pipelines. Mentor junior automation engineers and set best practices across teams.

Identify gaps in existing testing processes and propose automation-driven enhancements. Ensure automation execution is reliable, repeatable, and aligned with release cycles.

Maintain clear documentation for automation frameworks, processes, test cases, and execution reports. Track and present automation progress, coverage, and ROI to stakeholders.
