Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Performance Marketing Manager. The manager will oversee performance marketing channels, execute and monitor digital campaigns, optimize performance across various platforms, and analyze data to improve ROI. Additional responsibilities include budget management, identifying new growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing and optimizing digital ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC techniques.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with A / B testing, ad targeting, and audience segmentation for performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and affiliate marketing strategies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with creative and development teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
• Previous experience in the beauty or personal care industry is advantageous.
• Ability to stay updated on trends and adapt strategies to meet market demands.
• The ideal candidate should have 7–10 years of proven experience in this domain.
