Position : Sales Telecaller

Number of Openings : 4

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Telecaller with experience in cold calling US clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, required US Accent and proven ability to generate qualified leads and meet or exceed targets consistently. This role is crucial to drive business growth and expand our client base across international markets, primarily in the Construction services and consulting industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle outbound calls to prospective US clients for Construction services and staffing solutions.
  • Build relationships and engage with key decision-makers to understand their requirements and pitch relevant solutions.
  • Identify potential leads, qualify prospects, and set up meetings or demos for the Sales / Account Management team.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective calling, negotiation, and relationship-building techniques.
  • Maintain and update client information in CRM systems accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Recruiters, Account Managers, Delivery Teams) to ensure seamless client engagement and service delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation, pipeline status, and sales achievements.

Qualifications :

1) Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales / Telecalling roles, specifically targeting the US.

2) Proven track record of cold calling and meeting the weekly cold calling targets.

3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4) US Accent is preferred

4) Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
