Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, managing sales processes, conducting property tours, and preparing sales documentation. Daily tasks include prospecting for leads, maintaining customer relationships, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience, especially in real estate industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in client relationship management
  • Knowledge of local real estate market in Bhubaneswar
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in dealing with high-end real estate properties is a plus
