Within MSD, Tenant Integration & management (TI&M) global team is responsible for defining the strategy and vision for industry-leading first-party Microsoft 365, PowerPlatform, Dynamics 365 services. Driving the usage and enhancing user experiences across the enterprise. We enable business partners, Internal users to meet stringent security, regulatory, and user experience requirements, while streamlining service excellence through automation and scalable service delivery. Our mission includes automating multi-tenant management, Security and operations to reduce friction and accelerate deployment of Microsoft services.
Empowering employees and customers through the development and delivery of required tooling and security guidelines. Collaborating with product groups (PG) on Customer Zero initiatives to test and pilot the latest Microsoft features and enhancements. Key services offered by TI&M include Tenant Governance, Tenant Onboarding for M365, D365, Power Platform, Tenant Trust Enablement. This division plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Microsoft tenant ecosystems, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and innovation at scale.

Looking for a technically strong and security-conscious Senior Service Engineer to lead the administration, governance, and innovation of Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, Multi-tenant management and continuous improvements using AI and automation.
