About the Internship

As an intern, your daily responsibilities will include :

• Gaining a clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Researching innovative methods to connect with potential job seekers.
• Updating and maintaining internal databases with new candidate information.
• Sourcing applicants through social media campaigns, job portals, and referrals.
• Screening resumes and application forms to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Scheduling and confirming interviews with shortlisted candidates.
