What are you expected to do?

Take complete ownership of the Indecab help center.

Write complete help documentation and guides to enable users.

Have the ability to work across multiple communication channels.

Build a deep understanding of the car rental industry and the personas that exist within it.

Work across the entire spectrum of communication needs the company has from a writing and ideas perspective.

Have the ability to write sharp and effective marketing communication.

Be able to articulate complex functionality in simple and quick ways.

Build successful content-based onboarding programs for different user types.

Work with the support team to identify key areas where content can aid in automating support efforts.

Build deep contextual help within the application to aid users in operating the system.

Build efficiency in whatever you are doing.

Share learnings with everyone and consistently find ways to be more productive.
