Lead Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the conceptualization and development of high-end interior and architectural projects
• Create design visions, mood boards, material palettes, and detailed presentation drawings
• Oversee BOQs, GFCs, and comprehensive design documentation to ensure accuracy and quality
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for sourcing, approvals, and execution
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, uphold design intent, and resolve on-site challenges
• Mentor and guide the design team, fostering collaboration and efficient delivery
• Engage with clients to understand requirements, present design solutions, and maintain strong relationships
• Ensure projects achieve design excellence while adhering to timelines and budgets
