Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Engineering Manager based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Engineering Manager will oversee software development projects and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities include managing integration efforts, ensuring project milestones are met, and fostering collaboration within the engineering team. The role also involves mentoring and guiding team members to achieve both technical and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership
• Hands-on experience with Software Development and Integration
• Strong skills in Project Management, including managing timelines and deliverables
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with adaptive AI or enterprise platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
