Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Operation Head based in Ahmedabad. The Zonal Operation Head will oversee daily operations within the assigned zone, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments. Responsibilities include managing teams, monitoring operational performance, analyzing data and trends, preparing budgets, and aligning resources to achieve organizational goals. The role also requires clear communication with stakeholders to streamline processes and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management, including the ability to optimize processes and improve efficiency
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating performance metrics and interpreting data
• Proven expertise in Team Management with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and deliver operational updates
• Budgeting skills to plan, allocate, and manage financial resources effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
