Job description7–10 years in tax reporting / financial ops (insurance / annuity preferred) Strong knowledge of U. S. tax regulations Proven leadership in a regulated environment CPA preferred, Excel & tax systems proficiency required
Title : US Tax Manager
Location : Gurugram, Hybrid
Early joiners prefer (within 30 days)
We are looking for an experienced US Tax Manager to lead a team and drive accurate, compliant tax reporting for annuity products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead & mentor a team of 15–20 associates
- Oversee tax reporting for annuity transactions (premiums, payouts, interest, etc.)
- Ensure IRS compliance (e.g., 1099-R filings)
- Manage tax treatment of death benefits & beneficiary payouts
- Drive process improvements and support audits
