Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tech Support role located in Surat. The Tech Support professional will provide assistance to customers in resolving technical issues and ensure optimal functionality of the RoyalPOS™ platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting software / hardware issues, managing customer support inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance the user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions and maintain smooth operations.
