Job Title : Plant Asset Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Plant Asset Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of plant equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain plant equipment through regular inspections and repairs, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Analyze breakdown tickets and root cause analysis reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, ordering as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Collaborate with production teams to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.
• Develop and maintain operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
