Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS India) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG Bank Ltd having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC / AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. With a current headcount of around 250, MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFG’s global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Job Profile : Purpose of Role :

Responsible for leading and managing end to end loan processing for India branches and servicing activities while ensuring operational efficiency, risk control, and adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements. This role includes oversight of day-to-day operations, driving process improvements, and delivering high quality service to internal and external stakeholders. As a people leader, focus on developing, mentoring, and managing a high-performance team, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning to support business goals and client satisfaction.

• Perform the duties of checker for the activities assigned diligently.
• Works as SME for the process
• Nurture team members.
• Understand the process / policies of the Bank and adhere to the needs.
• Work closely with the overseas branch to process / execute the transactions as per accuracy / quality standards / SLAs of the Bank.
• Learn the system functions and adhere to the controls.
• Support overseas branches to resolve operational incidents / reporting (if any).
• Provide suggestion(s) to improve / streamline the operational processes.
