Data Analysis & Insights :

Analyzing customer information and data to identify trends, understand customer needs, and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration :

Working with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns, develop new customer strategies, and enhance the customer journey.

Complaint Resolution :

Addressing customer complaints efficiently and effectively, using feedback to identify areas for service improvement.

Strategy & Planning :

Conducting business reviews, developing strategies to address competition, and identifying opportunities to expand the customer base.

Required Skills

Analytical Skills :

Technical Acumen :

Familiarity with various CRM platforms and software for system management and integration.
