The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven CSR Project Manager who can lead programs end-to-end, manage corporate partnerships, and ensure smooth on-ground implementation. You’ll work closely with CSR teams, implementing partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant, and impactful projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of CSR projects across community development, skilling, and sustainability
• Manage corporate partnerships — from proposal development to reporting and long-term relationship building
• Identify new CSR funding opportunities and support the business development strategy
• Coordinate with field teams, NGOs, and government stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
• Develop high-quality presentations, proposals, Mo Us, and impact reports
• Track project performance, budgets, and compliance documentation
• Represent the organisation in client meetings, reviews, and CSR forums
