Health Safety Environment Officer

Experience : - Must have experience of working in SAfety Deparment in Chemical / API / Pharma unit

Job location : - Badlapur. Dist. Thane, Maharashtra, India

Job Profile : -

• Day to day operation and maintenance of ETP and ensure effluent is treated and discharged as per the govt. Norms.
• Manage hazardous waste arising at site and submission of manifest for disposal.
• Liasioning with external govt. agencies (MPCB, Factory inspector)
• Compliance to all statutory requirements.
• Should prepare, Implement and Maintain Policies, Procedures related to Environment, Health and Safety.
• Investigate Accident / Incident / Near miss and prepare a report.
• Daily inspects a workplace & sites ensure it is hazarding free environment.
• Train and carries out drills and exercises on how to manage the situation.
• Carry out risk assessment, provide and maintain permit to work system.
• Identify training needs and provide trainings to all employees.
• Conducting Risk assessment, HAZOP.
• Arrange safety committee meetings and make a report, Prepare a report on MIS.
• Ensure all emergency equipment's are operational and ready to use.
• Ensure proper functioning of purified water system and documentation.
