About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) Consultant

to support end-to-end SAP implementation, enhancements, and production support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on configuration expertise in PP & QM modules with strong functional understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

SAP PP Responsibilities

Configure and support master data : Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Routing, Production Versions.

Set up and maintain PP processes :

MRP (Material Requirements Planning)

Capacity Planning

Production Order Management

Demand Management

Shop Floor Execution

Integrate PP with MM, SD, WM / EWM, FI / CO.

Handle process optimization, breakdown of manufacturing issues, and continuous improvements.

Prepare functional specs for WRICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms).

SAP QM Responsibilities

Configure QM processes :

Quality Planning (inspection plans, MICs, sampling procedures)

Quality Inspection (incoming, in-process, final)

Quality Certificates

Quality Notifications

Quality Control (inspection lots, results recording, UD)

Support QM integration with PP, MM, SD, and PM.

Implement quality workflows and compliance requirements (ISO, GMP if applicable).

Manage test scripts, UAT, training, and documentation
