Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Mumbai for a Social Media Intern / Junior Executive. The intern will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, assisting in digital marketing campaigns, and supporting overall marketing efforts. Day-to-day tasks include developing and scheduling posts, engaging with our audience, conducting market research, and analyzing social media metrics. Some work from home is acceptable as per the company's hybrid work policy.

What You'll Do

  • Spot trends early and adapt them to fit our brand voice.
  • Assist with shoots : from set-up to capturing behind-the-scenes magic.
  • Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) with creativity and speed.
  • Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement.
  • Track performance, report insights, and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of Instagram and emerging platforms.
  • Hands-on skills in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Creative eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop are a plus).
  • A self-starter who's proactive, organised, and loves experimenting.

  • Digital Marketing and Marketing Skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in graphic design tools is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
